Bottom Line: If you intend on sitting for long periods of time while working from home, please do not buy this chair. It is obviously not built for that type of use.1—The chair's cushion is not designed for maximum comfort. I had to purchase an ergonomic chair cushion for support. You might also want to consider lower back support as well.2- I have been experiencing issues with the chair that keeps sinking from its height setting.This is because:: The valve that your seat height lever controls is controlled by a piston that lets air in and out. When your chair keeps sinking, this means that the valve, also known as a chair cylinder, is no longer working. It is actually CHEAPER to buy a new chair than replace the piston. (manufacturing defect)3 - I know this is going to sound weird, but trust me it's real. Whenever I pick the chair straight up, the legs, which extend out, actually DROP OFF of the center latch due to the fact that they “SNAP” on instead of being permanently attached to the bottom assembly of the chair. I have never seen this type of thing before, lol. It is then an entire ordeal to get all the legs to snap back on and STAY on. I'm not providing any video because I look like an imbecile trying to keep one on while the others snap off. (also manufacturing defect)I will be looking into something a bit more comfortable for me to plant my @ss on for extended periods of time other than this chair.I needed a arms free chair, that needed it fit under my desk, in a small space. This chair fit perfect and is a very nice chair for the price. It's has rollers, swivels it adjust up and down and moves easy. I would recommend this chairThe original order arrived and we tried to put the chair together, which only took a couple of minutes. However, the holes in the bottom of the chair were not drilled in the correct place (i.e. they were too close to the center). I could not get the chair back screwed into the base. It was at least an inch too far away. So I wrote to the seller.I got another chair in just a couple of days! It was in perfect condition and easy to put together. The back is not adjustable so it is more comfortable for someone with a shorter torso. Fortunately, this is for my wife who is 5' 4".It seems like a very sturdy build and it smoothly can be raised and lowered to fit different desk heights. The tallest setting is really tall, which works for me. I am 6' 4" and most of that is legs. The rollers/wheels are also sturdy and do not mark up the tile floor, which is nice.Overall, I am very satisfied.I orig gave a negative review of this company-my chair was very very late being delivered and was a gift, I was very angry, however, not only did they re ship at their expense but the gave me a full refund. The item itself is well made, very sturdy and aethestically nice. This company more than fixed the problem, IGNORE any negative review I gave.I love love love my chair! I like it’s shape , cushion, design. And my delivery was 1 week EARLY! The color isn’t too white so it doesn’t stand out against your furniture. I’m a very happy person!I LOVE these bonnets! The only thing is that my daughter is a sweater so sometimes she sweats a lot while wearing it. I would definitely buy more though.Easy to assemble and very comfortable.
