I purchased this chair to replace my home office chair that I had for 15 years. The chair is beautiful and a pure white (not beige or ivory). Assembly took about 20 minutes and was pretty easy. Unfortunately, the wheels do not glide as easily as I would hope. I am average height and weight and the lumbar support was lacking. I do give an A+ with the customer service and will buy from this company again. But, this particular chair was a miss for me.The chair is beautiful, easy to assemble (did it myself in 20 minutes). You can adjust it up and down but not leaning back and forth. Makes you sit EXTREMELY straight up. There’s a little cushion for your lower back but no way is that enough support, makes it feel like an unnatural position. Can’t return bc it says I have to “negotiate with the seller how to return”?…Beautiful Chairtakes two to put together, the back to the seat was a challenge, put together it is wonderful and very nice lookingEasy to put together. The left arm doesn’t fit, because the screw holes don’t line up. Chair back is too straight, it needs to recline a little.Such a pretty chair that’s comfortable for all day use.Not comfortable. Very hard and it’s too tall it doesn’t lower enough so I still crouch over my desk .no neck support and just overall uncomfortable but it’s prettyEasy to put together although arm pieces were/are iffy. The holes don't line up great.Very uncomfortable chair. not much cushion at all and sits way to straight up. Wish I would have read the reviews first, seems many people have the same opinion
