Not fun to put together on your own. It's not that it's difficult, but the pieces are odd to get a grip on. Overall took around 20 ish minutes to put together and the instructions were sub par. But it's sturdy and works well.This chair is incredibly comfortable, nice support, good arm rests and a great height, breathable but the wheels SUCK. They clearly aren't rated for a chair, so any amount of weight pops them free and every day I have to reattach a wheel.I'm considering buying different wheels because I really like the chair, but I don't think I'd buy again, even though it's an amazing chair for working from home.chair is honestly rather flimsy feeling and parts began breaking only a month after purchase. not very comfortable for sitting in for long periods of time. chair broke completely before i even had it a year.If you are looking for a basic desk chair, and you are short, this is it. It's pretty comfortable, although firm, and was easy to put together. One screw did not line up with the pre-drilled holes, so the screw is not totally in, but I don't beat on chairs, so it should be fine. Tilt seems to work well, as does lift. Not a very high back if that is what you are looking for. I'm short and it hits just below my shoulders. Arm rest are very low also. Works for me, but I am only 5' tall. I think if my 6' tall husband sat in this chair he'd probably break it. Not made for someone too tall, big or heavy. I'm not at my home desk often, so this will do just fine.Comfortable chair. It was very easy to put together. Took about 15-20 minutes for one person. The seat is comfortable but firm which is proving to be a much better long-session-sit than my previous chair which had a special comfort bottom pillow.My one concern is with the arm rests. They’re so low! I don’t know if you have to have a super short torso or significantly longer arms but whatever you need- I don’t have it lol. Seriously- they hit the tops of my thighs and I’m 5’3, 130lbs. Whose arms are these for??? So the arm rests are essentially useless to me but whatever I guess. Along those same lines- if you are more ample-bottomed, this is not the chair for you. I fit nicely in it but, again, I’m a reasonably small person. My boyfriend is 6’2” 200lbs and he looks like he’s sitting in a doll’s chair. The arm rests hit about mid thigh for him... that’s how low they are. For him, the arm rests are more like thigh cages.That said- cost wise it’s a good deal. Seems pretty sturdy. I need it for hours of online grad school work during the pandemic so I’ll update this after using it for a whileUpdate. It’s been a day and the arms are so uncomfortably low. I honestly hate it- it hurts my back to try to lean over and rest my elbow. Not very sturdy!First delivery was in a repackaged beat up box with missing bolts we returnedSecond one appeared to be repackaged but all pieces were thereThe first attempt to put it together following the instructions was met with frustration because the person writing the instructions obviously had never put together a chair. Bolts were too small /short. No medium size screws (referred to as J in the instructions )Thank goodness we have it well supplied workshop and were not deterred by the challenge we persevered!See our suggested instructions1. Invert the seat onto the shipping box that it came in and install the arms on to the seat2. Install the back onto the seat3. Attach the arms to the back of the chair4. Install the mechanism on the base of the chairSupport??? No phone numbers to call just inadequate instructionsComfort- what you’d expect for an office chairIf you take the height to the highest level this is not sturdy.It’s a cheap office chair that will work if you don’t follow the instructions I send you and follow these instructionsThe instructions were minimal with no written instructions (only pictures) which made it slightly more difficult as you had to make guess what it intended for you to do. Also, the instructions were mislabelled in some places. There were different types of screws for different parts and, in the instructions, the types are labeled. However, the instructions indicated the use of one type twice and another not at all (which is impossible given the number in the package). It's easy to figure out which ones you're supposed to do but it's annoying nonetheless.I initially gave this 4 stars but less than a week after it arrived it broke. If I put it up it immediately drops down to its lowest level as soon as someone sits on it, and it now constantly leans slightly to the left. I'm looking closer I noticed the main center support is slightly bent.Compre dos de estas sillas, llegaron como si estuvieran usadas, pero eso no me intereso, pense que serian de relativamente buena calidad por el precio, nada mas lejos de la realidad.La primera se rompio DE LA PARTE METALICA a los dos meses y a los cinco meses se rompio la segunda del mismo lugar.Horrible calidad, por este precio mejor esperarse a comprar una silla de mejor calidad o comprar una sin ruedas, porque estas sillas son basura.Incómoda, mala calidad, se sienten los tubos al sentarse, muy baja y para colmo se esta despegando el tapizado que viene engrapado.No tengo ni un mes de uso y ya siento la espalda incomoda. No la recomiendo para nada, mucho menos si la necesitan para work from home todo el día, como en mi caso!Llegó de otro color, la parte de abajo del asiento esta rota, las llantitas de abajo son difíciles de poner ya que se necesita mucha fuerza, llevo como un mes utilizándola y el respaldo esta super flojo, a cada rato debo ajustarlo, aunque intento no apoyarme completamente, no tiene buen balance el asiento, el cojín del asiento ya se hundió (Solamente la uso yo y mi peso es de 46 kilos) fue decepcionante.It was on the cheaper end of others I looked at and I basically got what I paid for. My son uses it for gaming, so it’s not a work chair. However, if I did use it for a work chair I would be returning it ASAP. It’s hard on the rear and does not roll smoothly at all.
