It arrived within the timeframe promised. It was easy to put together. (I tightened the screws for the frame as I went which resulted in things not lining up. But once I loosened the screws a bit, the frame went together without a hitch. Then, I tightened the screws, then put the seat and knee pads on.) I worried it wouldn't support my weight. It looks so light and airy but it's actually quite strong.Easy to assemble and soooo comfortable. I love that I can rock back and forth excercising while I am at my desk working. I put on some weight during the pandemic, most of it from sitting still all day. Well, that and all the eating. Whatever. The only thing I am concerned with is the pads are so thick there isn't much side support for them so they move sideways. It feels like I need to be careful with them. I love this chair and will be ordering another one for my office when I go back someday. Oh, and great packaging! Minimalist non-recyclable packaging, everything else was recyclable. Seriously I have had toothbrushes with more non-recyclable plastic than this chair. Well Done!This chair was easy to put together with a few extra connectors, just in case.The padding for the seat and knees is about 3 inches thick and the upholstery feels like a micro fiber.This is my 3rd kneeling chair so I had high hopes.Unfortunately, I couldn't use it as my knees are developing arthritis, making it hard to kneel to any length of time. Really should have considered that before I ordered this chair.When I requested a return, the company was very caring and granted the return. I would have sent a picture of the chair fully assembled but I had already disassembled it and packed it for return. This company is great to deal with.The chair was fairly easy to assemble as long as you don't try to assemble the cushions backwards. Comfort is ehh mainly because the cushion is so forgiving. The weight limit on this chair is fairly high I feel that the seat portion needs better construction. Before the seat hurt my butt so bad this chair was actually amazing.the chair is kind of funny to sit on. the main point for this purchase is to stop my leg shaking and enlarge the space between my leg and belly. and the objectives have been fulfilled. The frame is okay, not like to brake now. the installation is okay, not too complicated. Nothing missing. Just one thing, the manufacture used this bad ass cloth on the top of the thick cushion and made my jeans red. so i put a towel on the top to stop that.Great for working at home and aligning the backWobbly and I’m 200 pounds so I worry about it’s continued support.A similar chair that doesn't need assembly is more than twice the price. It was easy enough to be totally worth it. Love it. Only came in red, not my favorite but it's okay.
