Needed a chair to wfh and thought this was super cute! It’s incredibly stable, has all metal supports, and is a cream white color, so very photo accurate.UPDATED:Really good customer service. They care about the satisfaction of the customer unlike other brands. They reached out to me which I didn’t expect at all. Chair has been working pretty good and I spend lots of time in it.This was super easy to assembly but it comes with such a harsh odor. It literally smelled like a mechanic shop in my home and the smell isn’t gone yet even though I wiped it all down. The wheels also suck they get stuck and don’t move smoothly. And then the base of the chair isn’t that’s Sturdy it so or rocks forward which really bugs me.I was nervous to purchase an item with no reviews, but this chair looked so cute and is pretty well priced so I couldn’t resist. I just put it together in about 10 minutes and it’s pretty comfortable to use a couple hours at a time. The seat is on the firmer side but it’s not hard as a rock. The color is more of a muted black than a dark grey (pretty true to pictures). But I really like it so far!Really nice chair I like the look of it and it was easy to assemble. However, right off the bat the first thing I noticed was the chemical smell which is not pleasant. I’m hoping that it fade away soon
