I bought the chair and fell in love with it. The massage pill is awesome. Then a few months later it stopped working. That was the one of the main reason I bought for this feature. Couldn't get and assistance from the seller. Was not expecting that so my review has changed regarding the seller. But to be fair the chair is mostly comfortable for people working from home. The multi color pattern is great. I sell needed to but a gel cushion which will be needed for anyone with back issues mainly sciatic. I will be sure not to buy anything from this seller since they did not stand by their product I needed the most to make a living failed in an extremely short period of time. To be fair Understanding that things break. But when you don't stand on the product you sale people are struggling enough without being cheated out of their hard earned money. Assembly was a little tricky make sure you get the arm rest on correctly and read directions. My arm rest on one side is a little wobbly the only way you can tighten it up is to take the back of the chair off to tighten it again. It didn't take a lot of time to but it together. It was no more than 45 minutes cut your time by reading to get the arm rest on before putting the chair together.I really like this chair. I began telecommuting 3ish months ago due to COVID-19 and was using a traditional office chair. I found myself having serious back pain, probably because I sit more working from home than I do at the office. I searched for office chairs to support my back and stumbled upon this one. To my delight it also had a built in massager!! Everything has worked wonderfully and the chair exceeds my expectations. When I'm done with telecommuting I plan to let my son use it for gaming in his room. The reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish I could have ordered a completely black chair, as I do a lot of MS Teams calls and people say I look like the captain of Star Trek. Great chair though - I highly recommend.Okay so wasn't sure if I'd like this chair or not. It came in today. Took me and the kid about 30 minutes to throw it together. Instructions were only pictures so that made it a little confusing. Though if you've ever put together an office style chair you'll be fine. I work from home and spend anywhere between 6-8 hours at my desk. I love proving my feet up and being able to slightly recline. This chair is beyond my expectations. Mind you this is day one. I'll update this review after some time. But day one thoughts... comfy, adjustable, has that factory smell but I'm sure that will fade. Cool feature is the 'massage function. I know some reviews say its an annoying buzz. To me its a slight vibration thats super quite and is just enough to help relieve my lower back pains... we'll see how long that lasts. Ofherwise, I'm very pleased with it. If I needed more than one I'd definitely buy again. ?The seat came with rips, when using the massage piece (hard cushion with different vibrations) it leaves very little room on the seat for your butt, the foot rest stops at my calves and I'm only 5ft 3in. If returning it wasn't such a hastle (they want all packing back) I would do so.Being terrible at assembling things , I felt I would not be able to assemble but I followed the direction and surprisingly I completed in 20 minutes all alone. You don’t need any tool.It’s essentially a gaming chair but can be used as office work or study chair. Adjustable height and back rest make it suitable for all purposes.Foot rest is flimsy and be careful when you use that as it seems easily breakable.As I expected , it’s not real leather but I expected a better quality material with little more cushion.It looks stunning and with all the features like adjustable height ,backrest and massage cushion make it a very useful chair for me.The chair was a gift for my husband. He says is comfortable and after 2 months of using it on a daily basis 8-10 hrs a day it looks like new.I love this chair! It’s well made and super comfy! I love my computer time and this chair checks all the boxes for me. I would have given it a 5-star rating if it had come packaged better. That part was pretty shoddy. There were gaping holes in the box that was held together with what looked like little more than scotch tape. I was truly amazed everything was still there and in pristine condition. Manufacturer needs to work on that little detail, as far as shipping. Otherwise, great chair.Was easy to assemble. However the foot rest, causes the chair to tilt too much forward. However that's not a huge issue, it allows me to rock a bit which I enjoy! Massager is in the pillow, which is awesome, I can adjust it. The chair is super comfortable, however the bottom part of the chair lacks cushion. I bought a cushion that you would typically have in a car for my chair. It works. I'd recommend this idea if you sit in it for long periods of time.I bought it for my granddaughters 12 birthday & she just loves it.
