I recently started setting up my desk to stream but, I needed a new chair. Because of these hard times I decided on this one. I was really excited because my setup is pink and white and this is reasonably priced. It got here really fast like within a week of purchase and took 30 min to put together, the only issue I had with it was that the wheels did NOT want to go in and it took me 10 minutes just on the wheels alone but they eventually got in. The only cons I find to this chair is that it’s small, (perfect for me but I’m 110lbs and 5’2”) but if you’re like my husband (156lbs and 6’) this may not be the chair for you, along side that the pillows are highly uncomfortable, I have scoliosis and it aggravated it but the headrest was okay. My last con is that the lock and lift levers are hard to reach for my height but that may just be a me thingThe pros are, the screws didn’t come in a little bag they came already in the places they needed to be so it was easier to assemble, I mean very easy to assemble. Took me 30 minutes to do it but probably less if the wheels go in the first time around. It’s actually quite comfortable if you enjoy race car seating (like I do) and it fits me perfectly (my husband not so much) I really do enjoy this chair and it’s a great first chair for a first setupI'm about 210 lbs, and every time I sit in this chair I'm afraid it's going to break. Very creaky, and in the few months since I've had it, it's become very wobbly. The back rest won't stay where you set it--I have tightened the adjusted as tightly as I'm able many times, but each day it just slides back down to the lowest position. I got this Chair hoping that the lumbar support would help with my lower back pain, but as the backrest slides down the shoulder flares gradually push me into a slumping position. My back pain ends up worse, not better, after a day in this chair working from home. The instructions that came with it were a bad, very dark photocopy. It was difficult to read and impossible to tell what the few included pictures were supposed to be showing, so I mostly just had to look at the available pieces and guess which screws to use, where things fit, etc. I'm still not 100% sure if I attached the bar connects the backrest into the chair correctly, but I've tried it both ways with little difference in terms of comfort or stability.Overall I would not recommend this chair to anybody.I was moving and bought this chair ahead of time. By the time i put it together the back piece snapped when i leaned back and it was after my refund window closed. I messaged them and they sent a replacement piece. Mine was probably just bad. Really comfy chair for the price and the fact that they replaced it after they didnt have to was awesome. The color of the chair is Beautiful. When I opened the box a few things I noticed. the nails aren't labeled correctly to match the install directions. The wheels on the chair are not as described. I did contact the seller. I am waiting for a response. So i can not rate the customer service department just yet. Once the chair was installed its a bit squeaky. Not as sturdy as described. Even with tightening the screws. Chair still is a bit wobbly. Will probably last me for about a few months. I probably should have listened to the reviews. But I always like to try things out myself.Setup was fairly easy. Instructions were photocopied poorly, so that was interesting. I bought it for my son who is @ 10 and < 100lbs, so it should be fine. Definitely not for a larger adult, it would not handle the weight well. We'll see if it stands up to his use or I replace it.Base of chair broke after having the chair a little over a year, it was barely used maybe a few time a month, base broke in 3 pieces knocking me off the chairMy daughter bought this with money she had been saving to get it. As a parent, I can’t justify the cash she has spent on this chair. It came stained, it’s torn, tearing at seams with the zipper, and it after it’s built, it has a HUGE gap. Waste of money and time. Now I have to wait and see if the seller “approves” my return.09/15/2020 Update:While the product’s quality leaves much to be desired, the seller’s customers service is top notch. Responded to emails quickly and offered a desirable solution. Changing to three stars due to Customer Service attention. So most Of the assemble is not that hard however the wheels were almost the death of me. Nowhere in the instructions does it state push hard press hard. And the seating part on the side should’ve been left flat and not upright it’s not a great chair for a plus size person may be a skinny personAnd after not havring it for 6 months it broke on meThis chair is nice and comfy, easy to put together and arrived promptly, my only complaint is that the instructions did not mention that the red cap on the pole base should be removed before putting together so the seat cannot go up and down and I don't have the strength to pull the base apart again to removed red cap, the seat is set on high permanently until a strong person can help me out.East to put together and comfortable when workingGood product , comfortable however was unable to fit the left armrest due to the production service
