You really can't beat the value of this chair. It is very comfortable, has a sleek design, and is made of quality material. It is worth the money for this chair, though I can't say I was expecting to pay much less for a quality piece of office furniture. I spend a lot of time at my desk, so having a comfortable chair is a must.The basyx has a mid high back, so if you have a pony tail like me, you don't have to have it getting smushed up against the seat back. The back is high enough, though, that you can slouch down in the chair, rest the back of your head, and take a little nap. It is that comfortable! Meanwhile, the armrests are nice and soft, but still firm enough to offer confidence in their support.It is fairly easy to assemble, though a second pair of hands would help when attaching the back piece to the base. I just moved the base against the wall so it wouldn't move around while attaching the back, though. Otherwise, the chair comes with all the hardware and hex wrench you need.I believe the parts of the chair you sit on or contact with your skin are leather. The other areas (like behind and outside of your body's position are simulated or bonded leather. All in all the chair is a quality piece and looks good in my office.This chair is comfortable, has great back support, (i'm tall and my lumbar is thanking me sitting in it to write this review) but all hardware was loose in a ziplock bag. I thought I was missing a large bolt to attach the bottom. A small bolt in the box for the arms thankfully fit so I was able to figure it out. Im seeing other customers on amazon getting open box stuff. The chair itself was spotless and went together fine. We'll see how it holds up I suppose.The chair looks as good in the picture as it does in person and is very comfortable. Unlike other reviewers my 5'10.5" felt fine and the lumbar support was good. I have sat in the chair for four hours at a time and have had no discomfort. My issue was with HON customer service who refused to match an Amazon price that popped up within 24 hours of my purchase. The difference was about ten dollars and the person I emailed with was kinda cold; stating their policy and then letting me know that if I had a problem with that I could return it at my own expense. Also the one screw that would not fit curse also came in my package as I noticed with other reviewers. If all your screws fit without any troubles then pinch yourself and go out and buy a lottery ticket.Assembly was easy until the back where the fit was so tight I had to remove the arms, attach them to the back, then use a screwdriver to pry the arms apart far enough to attach them to the seat. It took 10 minutes to assemble the base, seat, and arms, and 30 minutes more to get the back attached. The padding is firm which isn't necessarily bad, no doubt it will break in over time. The seat is standard for inexpensive chairs: foam over plywood. The casters roll easily. The chair is narrow and high off the ground, an odd combination, as if it were designed for tall, skinny people. I'm 70" and my feet barely touch the floor in the chair's lowest setting. The arms touch both sides of my body. For the price it's not a bad chair and if you are tall and healthy (skinny), you will probably like it.The chair has good support and ergonomics. It needs some more padding in the seat. Sitting several hours becomes uncomfortable without taking a break. Otherwise, a good buy.I love this chair! It's beautiful and the upholstery has a nice matte feel to it. It was pretty easy to put together, though we had one issue with one of the screws. Overall, this chair is very comfortable. I absolutely love it. Perfect for someone who wants to work 8+ hours in style!Great chair. Soft but sturdy supportEsta silla tiene un problema. El asiento es extraordinariamente largo, por lo que una persona que mida menos de 1.80, le colgarán los pies aún en el ajuste más bajo de la silla. Hicimos la prueba con varias personas y la única a la que le acomodó mide como 1.85. Es una lástima porque la silla es bonita y de buena calidad.No tuve ningun problema para armarla, el material de buena calidad, sin problema con la altura y mido 176cm, recomendable y comoda!Todo perfecto solo tuvo un pequeño detalle no tiene salida de aire y al sentarse "hace un ruido muy peculiar" como si estuviera saliendo una flatulencia fuerte. Bueno pero la silla en si es comoda.
