We love the chair. Was easy to assemble and arrived in a very timely manner. We were worried at first as when UPS delivered it the box was in really bad shape. However, all parts were there and it is now together and useable. If you're looking or a good office chair, this is a great choice.This is very nice and cute .. only thing is I wish it's higher and you could adjust the back .I work from home permanently, so I thought it was time to invest in a better computer chair. My home office is in my living room, so I was looking for something that is pretty to look at, but also comfortable. I ended up settling on this char. I have been using it for about a few months now and overall I am happy with it. It's not perfect, but it's slim pickings these days.Assembly was pretty easy and I did not have the lopsided issue that I read some other reviews had. My only major complaint is that you cannot recline the chair and lock it into position at the same time, so the chair always has to be in its up right position. I find that it leans too forward to my liking and would have liked the option to make it sit back just slightly. Customer service said they purposely did not install that function because of the circulation to your legs, however, I argued that I am 5'7" and even slightly reclined, my feet are still firmly on the ground, not hanging up like they envisioned. So it's apparent that this chair was made for short people haha.My work around was inserting pieces of wood on both sides of the base to force the chair to sit back slightly. Also, I found the need to roll up a small blanket and insert it between the chair and my back for added support. With these tweaks, I like the chair for long-term use. Without them, I get uncomfortable (I work 40 hours per week / 8 hours per day).Hope this helps!I do really like this chair. I’ve been using about 6 weeks I guess now, it’s comfortable, pleasant to see in my office & better quality than the cheaper chairs which I expected & hoped for at this price, I’d say the price is about right, maybe slightly overpriced. The back isn’t as ergonomic as I hoped (lumbar support isn’t adjustable depth at all) but better than straight back chairs & I did not want a HIGH back where I couldn’t stretch back in the chair so this higher mid back is perfect. The depth of the seat is quite comfortable. The amount of pressure needed to recline back is adjustable & that’s awesome as I don’t want to be tipping back too easy nor leaving it in locked straight all the time. The height adjustment is good for comfort & different sitting positions under desk (I can cross my legs under my large table like desk at lowest height & the arms fit under as well (even a little higher). I do worry about the padding in the arms, it seems to be breaking down & not coming back to full volume on one side I tend to lean my elbow on & have been mindful of it but still worry how long it will be before it’s caved in or compacted with loose looking fabric over it. Higher height is nice for getting some circulation when working all day & giving that upright sitting straight feel when you can also be more comfortable & relaxed as well. I cannot sit criss-cross as my legs are a bit long but someone smaller & shorter can for sure & fit under a desk like that permitting desk height. For reference I’m 5’11, US size 10/12 & 205-210lbs. Chair has held up well & nothing seems to be loosening or wobbling after using daily for 5 full work days a week for 6 weeks or so.Loved the color and size not to big for my bed roomI like this chair very much, only problem was it was missing some washers.I've been using this chair everyday for about a couple weeks now, and it is comfortable and supportive. And it's even more beautiful in person! It was straightforward to put together, and feels very safe and sturdy. I love how soft the seat is. Sometimes I sit weird in chairs, like criss cross or curling up in the seat, and the seat is roomy enough for me (5'8") to do so. The armrests have a decent thickness that makes them comfortable for the elbows. My one gripe is that while the back is pretty comfortable, it doesn't have any lumbar support. I urge you to consider this if you'll be sitting in this chair for long hours like me. For added support I've been using a small rectangular throw pillow and it's been the perfect fix. While I was a bit disappointed the chair couldn't provide enough support on its own, using a throw pillow has actually really grown on me. It gives the chair the right level of support I need, and it looks really cute on the chair too. Overall I'm super glad I ended up buying this chair!
