This chair is surprisingly comfortable! My roommate and I are both big men, but this chair can handle our weight with ease.. the handle is of good quality, the backrest is soft and comfortable, the wheels slide very easily on my wooden floor, not sure how it would be on the carpet.... I think it was a good purchase and might repurchase after my next moveIt gave me a big surprise when it arrived. it's more comfortable than I thought. The price is acceptable to me. The chair is straightforward to install and you can have it done by yourself in 15mins. I used it for several days and everything works great. So come back to suggest you if you also looking for great and comfortable chairs!This computer chair is very comfortable to sit on. The color is also very good and not easy to get dirty. It is easy to clean and the wheels are set very well. It is very nice to sit on it softly and play with the computer for a day without feeling tired. Recommended to buy.Literally got shipped ONLY the chair bottom & back. Nothing to assemble, no instructions, no wheels, caster, hydraulic lift, no arms, no screws/bolts. looks like I'm not the only one this has happened with either.Edit: Was informed everything inside back of chair, unzip (it's why so heavy) "everything" was inside. Even the booklet stating it was all inside. (Would've been helpful being accessible from OUTSIDE of chair) Changed review to a 3 because so far the chair is really comfy. My gripe still about parts. Not all the "correct size bolts" per instructions were included. Ie. There is a step says use 4 25mm bolts, you have 2 20mm and 2 35mm left over. The 2 20mm only fit 2 specific spots and the 2 35mm are a bit too long for the other 2. In either case it's extremely comfortable. Shall see how long it lasts.So this is a basic review. The chair is sub $300. It is a straightforward assembly; however, it is a cheap chair. The leather is very cheap fake leather, the seat creaks when I sit and rock in it. The seat is hollow, which makes it feel soft and of poor quality, and my seat was not sitting correctly. The left side of the seat was higher than the right. I cannot comment on the caster wheels it came with as I replaced them immediately with a set of scooter wheel casters for better navigating over the rug in my office. Overall I rate it 3/5 stars. It’s an average chair and is mostly right for the price range. My last office chair was ~$500 and lasted 6 years. My next office chair will probably be the same after this one gets me likely just a couple years. My advice to anyone reading my review is to pass on this chair and buy one that is of higher quality and a little more expensive. As you get when you pay for with office chairs.Chair was very well built, easy to assemble, and the most comfortable office chair I have used to date. Highly recommended.Holes were not cut for the armrest assembly, instruction manual had some vagueness and there were a few gray marks on the leather. I asked for a partial refund to keep the chair and the seller agreed. Chair is very large and comfortableThis chair is very comfortable. It provides support which is important. I am a big person 6’6 so it is great to find a chair like this. Assembly was tough as screws were missing and had to go to hardware store to purchase. I would recommend this product.
