I purchased this Janoray and a similar chair made by Clatina at the same time. This chair's cantilever tubing is formed in one piece, having four welded tabs for seat base screws - strong, and no risk of collapsing the tube by over-torquing the fasteners. To me, the most clever design is how the molded seat back frame and molded arms wedge tapered tabs into corresponding tapered pockets together as a single screw holding each armrest onto the seat back is tightened. I left off one star on the 'easy to assemble' feature category only because the screws are close to the seat back mesh and I did not want to gouge the seat back mesh. So it was a tad tedious, but not difficult. Each arm is given a substantial flange held by two screws each under the seat base. The lumbar support can be adjusted up and down, but the best feature is a slightly upright seat back, compared with similar chairs. The seat back mesh seems as if it should be more tightly tensioned, but the shape and feel are perfect for comfort (my wife and I are each over 200 pounds).Chair sits to upright does not bend backwards.
