I’ve had this chair for about a month now and it really is supportive of your back and head. But the arm rest will start to squeak and wiggle after a short time in place. There really isn’t a butt cushion either so if you’re sitting for long periods it’ll hurt. I’m a big guy about 220 lbs. if that helps any way.My husband uses this chair almost daily and it meets his needs. Back support is ok but if you need lumbar support then this chair won't work. Also my thighs are thicker than my husband, so after a while my legs become uncomfortable from the padding rising up on the sides. It's definitely built for the more straight physique. The design and colors are nice and vibrant but we do lay a towel over the seat so that way our skin doesn't stick to the chair.The foot rest doesn’t seem as easy to slide in and out. Barely gave it to my son 24 year old 5’6 seems like it might be comfortable but real low.I’m a 6’3 and the little pillow for you head is at my shoulder blades, but the chair is sturdy and very comfortable.Small problem is that it’s a little hard to roll myself around. Wheel don’t turn right away so I roll a bit offFor the price this is a decent chair! My only complaint is how noisy it is lol I suppose this would only an issue for streamers. When you move in the chair the leather rubs and makes a bunch of noise. I just put a blanket on it to stop the friction and it’s fine though. Over all a great chair to start off with! I can sit here for hours Without any back pain which is great since my old chair left me with cramps in my legs, back and shoulders.So, I ordered this gaming chair a year ago to replace a recliner in my room. First off, I like the colors (I got the green one when it was available) and it's decently easy to put together, as well as the pleather material. That's where the positives end, however.This chair is NOT sturdy in several places. Mainly the back and the arms. The screws used in putting it together apparently come a bit loose after a bit of sitting on it. Plus, the arms are clearly a mix of 1 piece of metal and 1 piece of plastic, which begin to wobble after a little while. I repeatedly had to tighten the screws holding the arms to under the seat. The back of it also has a habit of being easy to sway from side to side. Not only that, but adjusting the back to a different angle is a bit jank.To also add to this issue, the seat of the chair is uncomfortable, as there's no cushioning. I had to order one separate to try to mitigate this problem. The chair also didn't properly rise when I tried the lever designed to make it do that. The footrest also has to be manually slid out as opposed to having a lever or something to do that.Now the reason I had to replace this chair. Basically, after a year of having it, the chair started slumping to the back left angle. This is because the part of the chair that connects it to the thing that's connected to the wheels is reinforced with metal instead of a hard plastic. Thus, it warped the metal. This also had a knock-on effect of making the lever that controls the height of the chair to be bent in a way where it makes the chair rise when I'm not sitting on it. This is annoying as, when I sit on it, it lowers, but when I get off the chair, it immediately rises.Short of it is: don't get this chair. Look elsewhere. I paid over $150 for this & it didn't even make it a year. Look for a chair that's reinforced by plastic, or a better metal, or just go for a regular computer chair that's more comfortable & will last longer than this one.The back goes back pretty easy instead of supporting and I felt like the chair was definitely smaller than I anticipated
